We connect the tools your company already uses, redesign the handoffs between systems and automate repetitive work that consumes your team's time.
Most operational friction is not caused by one bad tool. It lives in the handoffs: data copied from email to Excel, files downloaded from portals, approvals chased manually, records re-entered into ERP and reports rebuilt every day.
Turn repetitive, rules-based work into reliable flows while keeping people in control of exceptions and decisions.
Connect ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, spreadsheets, databases, portals and APIs so information moves without retyping.
Replace manual consolidation with structured data pipelines, dashboards and traceable reporting workflows.
Use AI for document understanding, classification and knowledge work when it improves the process — not as a layer of hype.
We observe the current process, systems, handoffs, exceptions and controls.
We remove unnecessary steps before automating anything.
We integrate the right tools and automate the repeatable work.
We document the new flow and make the result visible and auditable.
You need the tools you already pay for to stop behaving like separate islands.
✓ Your team copies the same information between systems.
✓ Important workflows depend on one person's spreadsheet or inbox.
✓ Approvals and follow-ups happen manually.
✓ Reporting requires downloading, cleaning and merging files.
✓ You know the process is inefficient, but replacing the core system makes no sense.
These are illustrative scenarios, not client results. Small repetitive tasks rarely look expensive — until you multiply them by days, people and months. Dollar examples use a $50/hour loaded labor cost.
Excel, email, ERP and portals become one flow — without copy/paste and cell-by-cell checking.
Capture, validate and register orders while the team handles only exceptions.
Classify, route and register documents with traceability and fewer follow-ups.
We don't automate a bad process just to make it fail faster. We understand the flow, remove unnecessary steps, connect what already exists and automate where the return makes sense.
Kordelli was founded by Livia Menezes, M.Eng., P.Eng. (OIQ), PMP®, an engineer and engineering project manager with experience in industrial automation, warehouse robotics and multi-site operational systems.
That background shapes how we work: understand the operation first, engineer the interfaces carefully, automate only what should be automated, and leave the client with a system they can understand and operate.
The name Kordelli is a subtle reference to cordel, the popular literary tradition deeply associated with Northeastern Brazil — where our founder is from. The name carries that origin forward without defining where the company can go.
